As a filmmaker and photographer I work in the dance sector, collaborating with organisations such as The Royal Ballet School, English National Ballet, The Place, and Dance Umbrella.

Below are examples of early stages of my work which focused on perception and perspective layers in storytelling—using dance not just as subject, but as the driving language of the film.

We All Get Dressed For Leonard.

This was a collaboration with choreographer Barnaby Booth. Together we transformed his stage work onto screen.

ENTRE

A collaboration with Laura Lorenzi and Letitia Simone.

Looking at the space between Argentine Tango and Contemporary dance.

Challenging the roles within dance, we watch as two women continuously swap between leading and following – disrupting the narratives that are embedded in partner dancing.

SLICES

This short was shown as past of Lift-Off Global Network’s Lift-off Showcase Extravaganza 2020. A segment for first time directors.

SQUARE

This short was the initial idea for SLICES. Created in a week-long creative intensive — where I challenged myself, for a week to film, edit and share a short film within 24 hours.
